Anything is possible
heart transplant, inspirational story, organ transplant
Today Lauren had an appointment with her pain dr. Lauren has been seeing Dr. McKee for many years for her chronic pain from her muscle disease. The staff in the office, just love her (who doesn't) It was just a check up to touch base since having her transplants.
The staff put out a red carpet and gave her a bouquet of heart balloons, for a welcome back. What an entrance, and talk about surprising. Lauren had no clue what was going on. Watch video below:
Many thanks to the staff at Baystate Pain, for thinking of such a wonderful entrance.

In July, a friend of ours Eric Murray aka E-Money hosted his
First Annual Autism Awareness Benefit
at his home in Massachusetts. Our family was invited as his special guests.
Eric Murray aka E-Money
E-Money, friends with the Wahlberg's produced this huge benefit for Autism Awareness for his good friends Donny Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy who were in attendance as well. I unfortunately did not get a chance to meet them, they could only stay for a short period of time, scheduling conflicts. But I did see them. I knew I should have went into the house, to meet them before they came out. I would have loved to talked with Jenny, mother to mother about having a child with an illness.
As I was walking around the function, I noticed Paul Walhberg. So being my timid self, I walked up to him and introduced myself. What a wonderful person he is. He took the time to chat with me then I introduced him to the rest of my family. Paul is a warm, truly caring type of person.
I was told to bring a copy of my book with me so I figured who better to give a copy to than, Paul Walhberger. He graciously accepted, which I was thrilled. I told him he can give it to his mother Alma, after he read it.
Wouldn't it be something if the book could reach Mark Walhberg thinking "great documenty movie".
It my have been an Autism Awareness Benefit, but I was talking Organ Donation Awareness also. Every chance I get, it is that important.
Paul Walhberg invited us to his restaurant Wahlberg's, so in the near future when we take one of our trips to Boston, I'll contact him that we are coming.
